Primary Job Duties:

Will vary daily based on the needs of the Production Supervisor and Designers

• Provide a variety of administrative assistance as directed by the Production Supervisor and Designers
• Correspond accordingly with clients via email or telephone
• Create, upload, and/or manage necessary and related documents, records, files, etc.

• Coordinate with managers and designers to maintain inventory levels and identify purchasing needs
• Create accurate purchase orders and purchase materials according to needs
• Ensure purchasing documents are complete and accurate with reasonable terms and conditions
• Monitor orders and contact vendors to ensure on-time arrivals
• Source new products and suppliers to improve quality or reduce cost when necessary

• Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

Education or Skills:

• Education in a Construction, Design, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of the construction industry with a focus on trusses and wall panels

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed with the ability to work efficiently with little supervision 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn company related software and technology
